Lorne Bycoff is Co-Founder & CEO of The Bycoff Group, a private investment firm headquartered in New York City. Prior to establishing The Bycoff Group, Mr. Bycoff built a wealth management business at Merrill Lynch, where he was recruited in 2015. Mr. Bycoff began his career in a wide range of institutional finance roles with Barclays and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Bycoff graduated from Duke University in 2006 with a degree in Economics and minor in Philosophy. He currently serves as the Co-Chairman for the DukeNY Alumni Association Board and most recently served as the National Co-Chairman of the Duke University Young Alumni Development Council. Lorne received a 2021 Forever Duke Award for his YADC National Co-Chair role.

Douglas Bycoff is Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer of The Bycoff Group. Prior to co-founding The Bycoff Group, Mr. Bycoff was Research Analyst at hedge fund Point72 Asset Management and spin-off firm Honeycomb Asset Management where he invested in technology, internet, media and telecom equities in the public and private markets. Mr. Bycoff has over 10 years of institutional investment and corporate finance experience, having started his career at UBS Investment Bank and private equity firm, Avista Capital. Mr. Bycoff graduated with Distinction from Duke University in 2009 with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
